REBEL NINJA

The best athletes in the world have developed strength, balance, coordination and agility to the highest degree. These are exactly the qualities that we focus on in our Ninja classes. Using the students upper and lower body they will tackle a myriad of obstacles that will challenge them to use their body in dynamic ways, refining movements and learning how to adapt and recover when things don’t go according to plan. Like ninjas, our students will learn to move with power, grace, precision and athleticism. Want to learn more? Visit our FAQ page.
