Using our patented season block schedule, each 7-10 week block will have a full body strength and conditioning training cycle that meets you at your current training life-cycle.  We use an individualized and empowering approach to small group training that was founded by Power Athlete Block One Coach and Rebel Gym Owner, Tyler Belanger.  Combining over 15 years of experience in 1:1, small group, large group, and team training, this training model is unique to Rebel Gym.  Whether you’re looking to start a new fitness journey, improve performance and prevent injury in a rec sport or leisure activity,  or shake up your current plan and stack on slabs of muscle with a new training cycle, Rebel Gym is your beacon.

REBEL STRENGTH MISSION FOR YOUTH

To educate, support, and empower the athletic development and performance of youth in our community.

REBEL STRENGTH METHODOLOGY

Training on the Rebel Gym patented seasonal block schedule, athletes can focus on improving the Base Level of Strength in the Primal Movement Patterns and address limiting factors of athletic performance over a 7-10 week period.  This allows the coach to take an individualized approach when determining what the athlete should be focusing on during each block, how much time is needed to create the desirable adaptation, and adjust the volume and intensity to correspond with the life-cycle of the athlete and their sport season(s).
